
Following our previous post of Starbucks’ efforts in Amsterdam to slowly change their model and interiors, for more of an ethical value and approach, they have recently commissioned architect Kengo Kuma to design a branch in Dazaifu, which is a small city found in Japan’s Fukuoka Prefecture.

Viktor Hertz has created this series of Honest Logos to exemplify the truthful aspect behind some brands. Some are spot on, some maybe not so much, but all very hilarious.

I’m sure most of us have seen these hipster brands become quite popular recently, and it’s some what become quite tedious, very quickly, for someone who works in branding.

For those who are unaware, my day job is as a lead designer for Weedoo Media. Then by night I capture criminal fiends and occasionally blog on random appealing things.

At ATA we are unashamed fans of MF Doom/Doom/Viktor Vaughn/King Geedorah, so when we came across this mystery bit of merchandise we were quickly on a mission to find out more.
